Accupuncture
So one of my favorite girls in the course happens to be an accupuncturist from Naples, Florida. She's helping me out tonight. Pretty wild! I'll let you know how I feel in the morning. Bed now.

So sorry you had to get a boo boo in the middle of all this enlightment. Take time to heal. before you know it you will be Ironman once more!
